Ruby 18, the Half-Breed Gem

Ruby 18 is a pure Taiwanese creation, a half-breed crossing indigenous Taiwanese tea and a Burmese varietal. Cultivated in Sun Moon Lake, our Ruby 18 comes from the Wu family farm who are environmentalists using non-toxic farming methods. As result, the tea is refreshing and delightful with notes of sweet milk and hinoki cypress. Its rich and full-bodied texture is smooth and creamy, revealing ever more complex flavors in each subsequent steeping.
