Shan Lin Xi Pink Blossom is a small-batch, bug-bitten tea made of the Qing xin oolong varietal. Resembling the lightly sweet nectar of a flower, Pink Blossom has a bright, rising quality to it. Compared to its counterpart Shan Lin Xi Autumn Honey Dew, Pink Blossom is less oxidized and lightly roasted. It retains its fragrance in a porcelain gaiwan/teapot for many steeps, with the honey fragrance changing to an orchid scent over time. 

This tea is produced at the Yeh family farm at Da An, Shan Lin Xi 杉林溪 at an elevation of 1500 meters. The property has a modern 5-star facility for processing tea as well as an ancient house over 100 years old. Three generations of the Yeh family have lived in the house. The Yeh family takes pride in the care that they apply to the land and the tea plants on the farm.

Steeping Guidelines:

• 6g or 1Tbsp | 6oz. @ 205˚F | 1 minute
• May be re-steeped multiple times.
• Use a porcelain or yixing teapot.
• Drain completely and serve.
