2022.06 Tea Social & Tasting-Shan Lin Xi Unroasted Oolongs

This is a public social tea tasting which you will meet with other new tea drinkers, tea lovers, & seasoned tea devotees. As passionate tea lovers ourselves, we invite you to join the tea tasting journey.

2022 new spring harvest Oolongs have arrived. We are excited to taste and smell fresh spring right from Shan Lin Xi high mountain. Mr. Yeh has sent us two other unroasted Oolongs beside our Sunrise & Green Symphony. We are looking forward to do a comparison tasting with you.

The teas are produced at the Yeh family farm at Da An, Shan Lin Xi 杉林溪 at an elevation of 1500 meters. Fog-drenched peaks, and a dense biodynamic farming environment support the rich complexity of these teas. The property has a modern 5-star facility for processing tea as well as an ancient house over 100 years old.  Three generations of the Yeh family have lived in the house.  The Yeh family takes pride in the care that they apply to the land and the tea plants on the farm.
