Da Hong Pao 大紅袍
A classic Wuyi oolong with depth, brightness, and unmistakable mineral character. Traditionally hand-processed in limited batches from select mature bushes, it opens with floral fragrance and subtle fruit before revealing a rich rock essence. Medium roasting adds warmth and structure while preserving its lively character. The copper-amber liquor is smooth and silky, with a long, mineral finish.
Bai Ji Guan 白雞冠
One of Wuyi’s most distinctive cultivars, recognized by its naturally yellow-tinged leaves and refined character. Light oxidation and traditional craftsmanship preserve its delicate aromatics and savory depth. Notes of buttery corn silk, honeydew melon, and fresh alpine herbs unfold over a pale golden liquor, finishing clean and gently sweet. Produced in small batches, Bai Ji Guan is both elegant and uncommon.
Ban Tian Yao 半天妖
A complex Yan Cha with a striking aromatic progression—from ripe peach nectar to wild orchid and cool, mint-like cliff herbs. Its structured, velvety body gives way to a lively peppery finish, while Wuyi’s rocky terrain and misty mountain environment contribute mineral depth and aromatic lift. Shui Jin Gui 水金龜
A refined Wuyi classic crafted in small batches using traditional techniques. Rou Gui 肉桂
Known for its signature cinnamon-like fragrance, Rou Gui balances spice with fruit, roast, and mineral depth. This Yan Xiang Series expression features premium leaves and a medium roast, producing an aromatic, vivid cup with layers of cinnamon, ripe fruit, and gentle roast. The liquor shifts from glowing orange-red to amber through successive infusions, revealing increasing depth and a lingering finish.
Tie Luo Han 鐵羅漢
A powerful and historic Wuyi Yan Cha, Tie Luo Han is known for its robust herbal character, mineral structure, and enduring finish.
