Made from the finest, shade-grown sencha — similar to Gyokuro—Wako 和光 (“Light of Peace”) - our Wako Matcha is smooth, creamy and sweet, never bitter like so many marketplace matchas. A fresh batch is stone-milled monthly, enhancing the whole-food benefits of this healthiest of tea preparations.

Preparation Guidelines:

• Usucha | 2g | 2oz. @ 180˚F | whisk vigorously until frothy
