Steeping Guidelines:

• 6g or 1Tbsp | 6oz. @ 205˚F | 1 minute
• May be re-steeped multiple times

The teas are produced at the Yeh family farm at Da An, Shan Lin Xi 杉林溪 at an elevation of 1500 meters. Fog-drenched peaks dense with groves of towering bamboo and gingko trees create a unique, biodynamic farming environment that supports the rich complexity of this tea. The property has a modern 5-star facility for processing tea as well as an ancient house over 100 years old. Three generations of the Yeh family have lived in the house.
