This dynamic oolong grows atop Shan Lin Xi, one of the highest mountains in the Nantou, Taiwan region. Fog-drenched peaks dense with groves of towering bamboo and gingko trees create a unique, biodynamic farming environment that supports the rich complexity of this tea. Careful, light roasting brings out its incredible powdered sugar sweetness, which gives way to a rich creaminess with deep body.
