The ethereal high mountain energy producing that pervasive floral fragrance is very much present in this crop, where the dense fog and intense temperature changes between night and day certifies this unique oolong from Taiwan like no other. From 1200 meters.
This dynamic oolong grows atop Shan Lin Xi, one of the highest mountains in the Nantou, Taiwan region. Fog-drenched peaks dense with groves of towering bamboo and gingko trees create a unique, biodynamic farming environment that supports the rich complexity of this tea.

Tasting Notes (7/22/2021):
The wet leaves carry the sweet, comforting aroma of steamed milk. The thick liquor is creamy and smooth, without being overly sweet. Notes of steamed spinach and a subtle lemon zest tang round out the finish. Refreshing and bright!
