- This tea isn't produced every year—it depends on the weather.
“After the ‘heavy snow’ of the solar term Dàxuě大雪, the weather is cold, but there are always tea buds that are not afraid of the wind and frost, quietly standing upright on the treetops. Although there are very few, these are the most touching gifts left by God for the cold winter. In this low temperature season using the most primitive tea-making process through several alternating cycles of day and night, let the tea leave the energy given by the earth during the process of inhaling and exhaling.” - Mrs. Yeh
Tea Musings: “I wish to win one's heart and never part from each other until I have the white hair.”
