Tasting Notes (7/22/2021):
After a quick rinse, the pervasive aroma of roasted honey exudes from the leaves. The first steep gives a buttery, sweet woodsy aroma. The tea liquor offers a bright smokiness, rounded out by the essence of a honey mango. The deep sweetness of clover honey finishes the cup leaving the mouth feeling cool and refreshed.
