The holidays are a time for giving, and the gifts that stay with us are often the ones made by hand. In this workshop, we’ll make a collage card and envelope to give to someone who matters to you. We’ll start with who you’re thinking of and what you’d like them to know: a memory, a thank you, something you’re proud of, a blessing, or a quiet truth.
We’ll work with collage, choosing pieces of paper, images, and colors to make something whole, the way we’re all made of different parts. You get to choose which parts you share.
This is about being present, not making something perfect. No prior experience required, just bring your curiosity and an open mind. All materials will be provided: papers, images, supplies, and some gentle prompts to help you think about what you want to create and give.
We’ll explore:
- Who do you want to give something to this season, and why?
- What do you want them to know, whether that’s a thank you, a memory, or a blessing?
- How can your card say it in your own way, through color, image, and word?
What You’ll Leave With:
A handmade card and envelope, ready to give this season, to say thank you, I love you, I’m thinking of you, or I’m here with you. Come as you are. Leave with a gift in hand.
