Our buyer’s favorite flower infusion, every sip of this enchantingly complex herbal teasan is unique—sometimes spicy, sometimes sweet, always delicious. Beautiful in the cup and on the palate, this potent potpourri is made from a profusion of flowering Sideritis (better known as ironwort, mountain tea or shepherd’s tea). Long beloved in Greece and beyond for its herbal medicinal benefits, recent science supports the flowers’ innate anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Steeping Guidelines:

• 3g or 1T | 6oz. @ 190˚F | 1.5 minutes
• May be re-steeped multiple times
• Use a glass or porcelain teapot.
• Drain completely and serve.
