This British-style Ceylon is high-grade (FFEXSP), and perfectly suited for high tea. Taking well to milk and sweeteners, the delicate leaves of this classic tea produce a balanced infusion with smooth, woody overtones. It also makes a wonderful black tea base for Chai.
This tea can also be cold brewed, for those who would rather keep cool than warm.
