Turmeric Gold

Turmeric has been used as a health supplement in India for over 4,500 years. The plant, Curcuma longa, is part of the ginger family. Turmeric contains compounds called curcuminoids and is a key ingredient in Ayurvedic medicine. Manjistha is an Ayurvedic herb as well and is known for benefits to the circulatory system. Ginger and Lemon Peel help round out the flavors of this interesting herbal blend.
