This is a public social tea tasting which you will meet with other new tea drinkers, tea lovers, & seasoned tea devotees. As passionate tea lovers ourselves, we invite you to join the tea journey.

Our Phoenix Honey is made with the spirit of this beautiful tea growing region. We have a special custom roasting that we arranged with the farmer that keeps the original nuance of Phoenix Tea without overpowering the delicate oolong taste profile from a longer roasting. For this tasting, we have requested two other samples of differently roasted Phoenix Honey. Our tea staff has done the comparison between the three different roasts with wonderful results. Now, we would like to invite you to have the experience and hear your feedback.
