Harvested at 1100m, this brand-new Phoenix oolong has a flavor profile all its own, and is hand-harvested one grove at a time to preserve each batch’s distinctiveness. Lighter and greener than most others, its crisp, clean flavor is perfect drinking for the warmer days of Spring. Phoenix Snowflake features a smooth butter-like texture similar to those found in a Taiwanese oolong, but with the intense aromatics and deep energetic character for which ancient Chinese Phoenix teas are renowned.
