Buckwheat Qiao Mai

Known as Qiao Mai in Yunnan, home of some of the most interesting herbs and flowers and of course, the origin of tea. Steeped Buckwheat nuggets are full-bodied, toasty with flavors of almonds and peanuts. Asian herbalists consider Buckwheat to have many medicinal properties, such as having high anti-oxidants.

Steeping Guidelines:

• 4g or 1 Tbsp | 8oz. @ 205˚F | 1 minute
• May be re-steeped multiple times
• Use a glass or porcelain teapot.
• Drain completely and serve.
