Long lasting notes of peaches and apricots elicited from the more intense firing, these notes seem to appear mostly from the Tieguanyin varietals when roasted for a long period of time. Tea aficionados enjoy the layered notes of fruits and floral aromas that intersperse throughout. 

Steeping Guidelines:
4g or 1t | 8oz. @ 205˚F | 1.5 minute
Use a yixing or porcelain teapot. Drain completely and serve. 
Please re-infuse 7 or more times.
