Made exclusively for us, this dark roast version of the otherwise light, floral High Mountain oolong breathes an intense, fiery aroma, with deep, multilayered cooked caramel flavors drawn out by over 20 hours of charcoal roasting. Grown on the fog-dense peaks of San Lin She, one of the highest mountains in Nantou, Taiwan, the rich complexity of this oolong is supported by a unique, biodynamic farming environment of towering bamboo and gingko groves.
