Made with lush, whole white and golden blossoms, this carefully crafted tea has a sweet, slightly earthy taste. Used in Chinese medicine for its cooling properties, as well as its ability to help cleanse the liver and clear the eyes, chrysanthemum is a traditional “table tea” in many Chinese homes.
Once a pot has been drunk, it’s traditional to add hot water to the chrysanthemum tea several more times, until it finally loses its flavor.
