Skillfully fermented and aged for four years using traditional techniques, this unique shu pu-erh is compressed into a brick shape for easy stacking and storing—as it has been since 30 B.C. or earlier.
Ideal for the new Pu-erh drinker. Pair this tea with Dim Sum and other foods. After custom aging for five years, this tea returns to Teance. To help wake it up, steep strong to bring out its full potential. For a traditional preparation, use a pu-erh knife to break off the desired portion for steeping.
