Baochong is known as the signature tea of Taiwan, carrying the fragrance of tropical flowers and fruits, native to the island. With only a twenty percent oxidation level this tea barely qualifies as an oolong; Acting more like a green tea, the bright, fresh green leaves offer a smooth, light body of flavor with a honey suckle like finish, yet the heavenly bouquet of an oolong. Definitely a tea that can be enjoyed on an everyday basis.
