A rare, precious gem, a very smooth, treasured loose-leaf pu-erh tea aged for 15-18 years in bamboo baskets to impart sweetness. This Pu-Erh was naturally aged in a "Dry Facility" for over 15 years, after natural fermentation of raw green leaves. The natural aging process involves not only meticulous tending of the leaves as it ages but also, prayer that the environment is just humid and hot enough with good airflow but not much competing smells in the air, all factors which could ruin a precious batch of Pu-Erh. Dry Facility aged Pu-Erhs nowadays are rare, most are taken out immediately for consumption after artificially fermented and aged in temperature controlled "Post Fermentation", similar to a sauna or steam room. These young Pu-Erhs lack the deep, sweet tastes that naturally aged ones have. A true collector's item.

Use a yixing or porcelain teapot. Drain completely and serve.
