The ethereal high mountain energy producing that pervasive floral fragrance is very much present in this late winter crop, where the dense fog and intense temperature changes between night and day certifies this unique oolong from Taiwan like no other. From 2000 meters.
This dynamic oolong grows atop San Lin She, one of the highest mountains in the Nantou, Taiwan region. Fog-drenched peaks dense with groves of towering bamboo and gingko trees create a unique, biodynamic farming environment that supports the rich complexity of this tea. Careful, light roasting brings out its incredible powdered sugar sweetness, which gives way to a rich creaminess with deep body.
