Arguably the most famous tea that comes from Phoenix Mountain, Ya Sai returns to our collection in limited quantity. Naturally fertilized by grazing ducks, the leaves’ intense honeysuckle and papaya aroma fill the room when steeped, yielding a matching sweetness on the tongue. This batch features custom processing to our specifications - a lighter roast than you'll find elsewhere to highlight its naturally sweet character.
