Description   Tai Ping Hou Kui Low Caffeine Anhui, China Steepings: min. 3 times A large leaf, fabulous green tea with a sweet, complex taste, devoid of the bitter edge that some inferior greens are prone to. Named after the city of Tai Ping in Anhui, China, near the Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain) area, this tea is characterized by a flat double leaf with hidden downy bud.
