Description   T-27 - Aged Tikwanyin  1.75 oz. - A tea master has reserved this tea for fifteen years. Every two years the tea is    slow roasted adding to the total roasting time which at the end of the process totals 80hours. The heat and the aging process are carefully controled to achieve the complex fruity taste and smoky palate. T-23 - Olive Jasmine 1.75 oz. - This green tea is hand-selected from only branch tips with fresh young shoots. The leaves are rolled into an olive shape, placed above a bed of fresh jasmine buds and sealed in an air tight environment; the tender leaves are permeated with the sweet aroma of jasmine. T-28 - Imperial Pu-Er 1.5 oz. - This tea was used as a tribute to the Qing Court in the 19th century. Loose leaf, the remarkable starte of Pu-er is derived from the use of young harvested leaves fermented and stored in dry storage for 15 years. This fully fermented tea has a taste with a rich body, mellowness and an earthy flavor. It is said to have many health benefits relating to cholesterol. T-31- Wild Tikwanyin 1.5 oz. - Wild Ti Kwen Yin tea grows on rocky hillsides at elevations of 4500 feet and higher around the sub tropical village of Xi Ping in Fujian province. This tea is not cultivated commercially but is picked in the wild during the spring. The resultant leaf delivers a peerless intensity of aroma, fruitiness and depth of flavor. T-45 - Keemun 1.5 oz. - Anhui Province is the home of Keemum (Qimen) one of the few renowned black teas in the world. Fully fermemented from the hand picked tender buds.
