Steeping Instructions
  • Vessel: Porcelain or Yixing teapot or porcelain gaiwan
  • Temperature: 205 F filtered hot water
  • Number of infusions: 4-5
  • Portion:3 gm for 8oz water.
  • Standard instructions: Steep for 2 minutes in a porcelain pot, decant and serve.
  • Specific instructions: Rinse and warm up vessel. Rinse leaves quickly. Pour leaves into vessel and shake gaiwan or teapot. Pour hot water and steep for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
