Description   Mao Jian Low Caffeine Green Tea Fuding, Fujian, China Steepings: min. 3 times Baked type green, first introduced as Snowy Peak Maojian. Fresh, vegetal with a buttery viscosity and high fragrance. High elevation(800 meters), hand harvested, leaf tips are rolled to resemble a pointy shape like a strand of hair so it is named "Hairtip"; The Hairtip shape is second only to the Rain Flower shape, as the straight pointy shape is very brittle and easy to break during rolling and subsequently during handling and baking.
