Steeping Instructions
- Vessel: porcelain teapot
- Temperature: 205 F filtered hot water
- Number of infusions: 3-4
- Portion:3 gm for 8 oz water.
- Standard instructions: Steep for 3 minutes in a porcelain pot, decant and serve.
- Specific instructions: Rinse and warm up vessel. Rinse leaves quickly. Pour leaves into vessel. Pour hot water and steep for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Swivel teapot gently to help the leaves absorb the hot water. Decant into a server or teacup and enjoy. Increase another 30 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
