High Mountain Dark Roast Oolong Moderate Caffeine San Lin She, Taiwan Steepings: 6 Grown at 1600 meters at San Lin She, Taiwan, one of the highest mountains in the Nantou area. This is a competition grade tea, submitted each season for the local competition. Richest and most complex of the famous Taiwan oolongs, the Dark roast version has an intense, fiery aroma, and a deep multi-layered woody aftertaste. San Lin She, at 1600 meters, is a fog covered, beautiful mountain full of tall thick bamboo groves and gingko trees grown for biodynamic farming.
