Different from true tea, which comes from the camellia sinensis. Herbal infusions come from the leaves, roots, stems, or flowers of other plants that are known to have medicinal properties. These infusions are all caffeine-free! Below are our current offerings of Chinese herbals. (For other caffeine free options, Pu-Erh (Chinese Fermented Black Tea) tea that has been fermented 15 years or longer has no more caffeine! For LOWER caffeine options, see our White Tea section; also check out Twig Tea on our Oolong page! Cheers!)
