Internship Opening: Office Assistant
Teance is looking for a hands-on,
detail-oriented person to take on organizational tasks. In addition to
earning class credit for internships, interns will receive employee
perks such as free tea each month, store discounts, and free entrance
to tea classes during the duration of their internship.
Tasks may include:
--Creating electronic or hard copy organizational system for archiving marketing media and PR information
--Creating and managing databases in FileMaker Pro
--Creating electronic backups for office computers
--Assisting Teance's director with organizational tasks
Preferred skills:
--Familiar with filing and organizational skills
--Proficient in Microsoft Office
--Proficient in FileMaker Pro
--Familiar with computer backup process
--Ability to read Chinese
--Loves tea!
